Steve has earned his Certified Residential Specialist designation. The CRS designation is the highest residential designation achievable. Less than 4% of all Realtors nationwide hold a CRS designation. Steve is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. The SRES designation is issued by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. Steve consistently qualified for the International President’s Elite, which is the top 1% of 90,000 Coldwell Banker agents internationally. Steve was recently recognized as being the #3 agent out of approximately 1,400 agents (units sold) in the Santa Barbara MLS. Steve has, once again, been named among the California 100, Steve is one of the top 100 agents out of thousands of agents in California. In an effort to combine my business experience with my passion for real estate, I transitioned from a successful career in Digital Advertising where I worked for some of the early Internet pioneers, from Fortune 500 companies to local tech start-ups.

My 20 years of business experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Contract Negotiations is grounded in my education, having attained a BS in Marketing and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Matt Leddick

Matt began in Real Estate in Greenwich Connecticut in 1985. Working with buyers and sellers in addition to buying, renovating and reselling residential homes for a profit. After some time out of Real Estate in the software/internet industry, Matt is now using his many years of experience with Keller Williams Santa Barbara.




Jon Gilkeson

With over 6 years in the business, and with the training provided by Keller Williams and the Zia Group, Jon has a systematic approach to real estate that has proven to be a winning formula for his clients. His excellent communication skills combined with traditional and cutting-edge marketing strategies allows him to secure those results. With every client, Jon focuses on building close relationships and providing the easiest and smoothest transaction, by anticipating mistakes before they happen and utilizing his team.

Jon does something different than most realtors, that has proven to be very effective for his clients. Because he has the Zia Group team to leverage many other aspects of the business, this allows him time to focus on finding homes for his buyers, and buyers for his listings, through door knocking. Janice Laney
